Simple Roasted Leg of Lamb

Ingredients

  • 4-5 pound leg of lamb
  • 1 cup Manischewitz® Beef Broth
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt plus one teaspoon black pepper, mixed together
  • 1 tablespoon freshly minced garlic
Preparation:
  1. Rinse the leg of lamb and pat dry. Trim excess fat.
  2. Rub the outside of the leg of lamb with the salt and pepper blend.
  3. Place the lamb on a roasting rack in the bottom of a roasting pan. Put the beef broth and garlic in the bottom of the pan.
  4. Roast the leg of lamb for 30 minutes per each pound of meat, basting every 30 minutes.
