Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 10 oz packages chopped frozen spinach
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions, diced
  • 1/2 cup peppers, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 14 oz Manischewitz® Chicken or Turkey Broth (1 can)
  • 2 cups soy milk
  • 3/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Manischewitz Matzo Meal
Preparation:
  1. Thaw spinach and squeeze out all excess liquid; discard liquid.
  2. In a large pan sauté garlic, onions, and peppers in olive oil; add Manischewitz® Chicken or Turkey Broth and cook until almost dry.
  3. Add soy milk and simmer 10 minutes or until mixture thickens.
  4. Remove from heat; add salt, pepper and spinach; mix well.
  5. Add matzo meal and mix well.
  6. Serve with your favorite chips or raw vegetables.
