Baked Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 14 oz Manischewitz® Reduced-Sodium Chicken Broth (1 can)
  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup pimentos, diced
  • 1/4 cup button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Coleman's® mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup Manischewitz® Matzo Meal
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Chef Paul’s® Poultry Magic
Procedure:
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Place meat mixture in a full loaf pan or 6 – 1/2 cup ramekins.
  3. Bake in a 375° oven for 50 minutes if using a loaf pan or 18 minutes if using individual ramekins or until internal temperature reaches 185°.
